1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We take pride in our artisan quality. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect jewellery piece, you can raise an exchange or return request directly inside the app under My Orders within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Eligible Returns
- The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original velvet box/packaging with price tags intact.
- For transit damage claims, providing a brief parcel unboxing video clip expedites processing.
3. Refund Timelines
Once your returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse (usually within 48 hours of pickup), the refund will be credited:
Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): 3 to 5 business days back to the original payment source.
COD Orders: Bank transfer via UPI or store credit balance within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Order Cancellation
You can cancel any order prior to dispatch from the app. Once shipped, the order can be refused upon delivery or returned post-delivery via our 7-day policy.
